it’s that time of year again! Find the cut off dates for dispatch before Christmas below:

All signage including acrylic, metal and foam - 12th December

Customised/printed artwork - ordered and approved before 16th December

Non customised/printed artwork - 18th December

We will try our very best to dispatch all orders placed before the 20th but it is not guaranteed

We will be closed between 21.12.24 - 05.01.25

At Wallboss we try our absolute best to keep customers happy with a speedy dispatch service. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours.

Deliveries within the UK are usually delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Fees
UK 1-2 day tracked - £2.99
UK 24hr tracked - £3.95
International Airmail Tracked and Signed - £9.99

All UK orders over £30.00 qualify for FREE delivery.

Tracking my order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link for your consignment. 

Bespoke and customised orders
For custom work the turn around time only comes into effect once the artwork has been approved by yourself.   For time sensitive projects/orders it is recommended to contact us prior to placing your order.

International Orders
International orders are normally delivered within 7-10 working days, however it can take up to 28 working days from dispatch depending on your location and busy shipping periods.

How to return my order
We hope that you're happy with your products, however, if you are not, please contact us within 7 working days at info@wallboss.co.uk for full instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received your order and it is either damaged or incorrect we will happily replace or refund the cost of your order. We need to be notified of the damage or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.

All other returns
If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return your order then please return the item to us in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. An exchange or store credit will be issued to the same value. 

We cannot accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds on any bespoke or customised items or if design work has already commenced. This also includes products that have been made from customer supplied artwork. We cannot accept returns on items that has been damaged during installation by yourself or a third party due to incorrect installation or preparation.

My order haven't arrived yet
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders or 28 days for international orders before contacting us regarding a missing order. However, if we are not informed within 30 days of your estimated delivery date that your order hasn't arrived then we cannot accept responsibility for this. Please ensure that you contact us no later than 30 days after your estimated delivery date to let us know your order hasn't arrived.
